Can Collective Embroidery Mass Produce for Events?

att event - companies that can mass produce for events

Collective Embroidery has the equipment, team, and systems in place to mass produce for your next event.

Big goals can feel overwhelming when viewed all at once, but here at Collective Embroidery we make the process seamless.

Your big event projects will undergo our streamlined process prior to shipping — we walk you every step of the way.

What’s Considered a Big Project?

Mass production embroidery projects - hats in Tajima embroidery machines - Collective Embroidery

A big project for our team in terms of quantity usually ranges between 5,000 and 10,000 units or more. Pricing at these quantities are usually lower due to the size of your project.

Our team is equipped with the experience and knowledge in quality care when taking on large production.

Events, which tend to have deadlines, require us to ship in a timely manner to ensure your customer(s) receive their branded and custom apparel on time.

The process is simple

The process for putting into production big projects is as simple as any other project. The only difference is it’s volume in items, which our team at Collective Embroidery is equipped to handle.

  1. Once you submit your PO with all the necessary details, we will digitize your logo and run a sew out for approval prior to production, per standard procedures.

  2. We will then request tracking information for your blanks. Once received, our receiving department will count and log what has been received, confirming no discrepancies.

  3. Your project will then be scheduled for production and scheduled to ship on the requested ship date using your 3rd party UPS account number (blind shipped).

Every shipment will contain a packing slip or label identifying quantities, items, sizes, colors, etc.

As our client, you will also receive an EOP (end of project) Report containing all order information with any notes from our team, including tracking details.
